Overview

The National Blockchain Roadmap Steering Committee is seeking expressions of interest from the Australian blockchain community to join two collaborative working groups on supply chains and credentialing.

The Steering Committee was established in February 2020 to oversee the implementation of Australia’s National Blockchain Roadmap.

About the working groups

The working groups will develop and present an initial discovery report to the Steering Committee in early 2021. The report will:

  • explore the current state of the provenance and credential use cases, in the agriculture and education sectors, including economic opportunities
  • identify technical, regulatory or other barriers to adoption, such as governance, standards and interoperability challenges

Further opportunities, including additional working groups, may be established by the Steering Committee as necessary.
