About the consultation
You are invited to provide your views and supporting reasons about:
the eligibility of Budginmaya eulae (Eula’s planthopper) for inclusion in the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) list of threatened species, and
the necessary conservation actions for this species.
Responses are welcomed by any interested person.
The Threatened Species Scientific Committee assesses species to determine their eligibility for inclusion in the list of threatened species under the EPBC Act and provides recommendations to the Australian Government Minister for the Environment.
The call for public comments is open from Tuesday 26 November 2024 until Friday 24 January 2025.
