About the consultation

You are invited to provide your feedback on draft listing assessment and conservation advice regarding the:

  • eligibility of Strophurus trux (golden-eyed gecko) for inclusion on the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) list of threatened species, and

  • protection and recovery action for this species.

The Threatened Species Scientific Committee assesses nominations of species to determine their eligibility for inclusion in the list of threatened species under the EPBC Act.

Your feedback will assist with the Committee's assessment and the recommendations that it makes to the Australian Government Minister for the Environment and Water.

We welcome responses from all interested individuals or groups.
