Overview
This is the 7th annual GEMS Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey.
Through this survey we aim to get a better understanding of stakeholder’s perceptions of the Department’s performance in administering the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards (GEMS) Act 2012.
To help achieve this, we are inviting the participation of people who have:
used the ‘contact us’ function on the Department’s Energy Rating website
used the ‘contact us’ function on the Department’s Energy Rating Product Registration system
registered a product through the Energy Rating Product Registration system
been contacted by the GEMS Compliance Team.
We use the results of the survey to gauge user satisfaction with the GEMS program, and to gather feedback for publishing and action as needed.
