This online form is to register to attend the National commemorative service marking the 25th anniversary of Australian service in Afghanistan 2001-2021.

The service will take place on Sunday 11 October 2026 from 10:00am at the Australian War Memorial, Canberra.

The registration process will take about 3-5 minutes.
