Call for written submissions
The Closing Loopholes Review has published a draft report and invites submissions from interested stakeholders by 29 May 2026.
The Review seeks views from interested stakeholders about the draft report, including its preliminary findings and draft recommendations, as well as any additional or updated information since the commencement of the Review.
Stakeholders are advised that, unless otherwise specified, submissions will be published. Please ensure that submissions do not include personal information.
